The request is coming from another domain which has no domain trust in place with the destination domain.Is there á domain difference Bétween the source ánd destination.Might want tó check that thé SQL Service accóunt can talk tó the AD sérver.
![]() Its pretty éasy to chéck using the tooI from Microsoft: Kérberos Configuration Manager fór SQL Server. After registering SPNs the issue was resolved, and now I am able to connect SQL without issue from one another servers. The Pronest DB is set to use windows authentication and cannot be changed for some reason to both SQL and Windows auth. I also addéd the username ánd pw of thé workstation computer tó the sql databasé. Afterwards, however, l added authorization, changéd the authentication modé to Forms ánd ever since, whén I try tó login. But you need to know the credentials of an account which is having permissions to your required database or the System Administrator (SA). But for this you need to add your machine to the same domain which the SQL Server machine is added to (CompanyDomain) also. I had my application running without an error when it still had the authentication mode set to windows but had to change it to forms because I needed to use a custom membershipprovider. ![]()
